Dark bread is healthier than bright

Wrong. Whole grain bread is healthier than such white flour. Dark bread but is often dyed with malt and is thus not to whole-wheat bread. Some aufgestreute sunflower or pumpkin seeds make no bread rolls and whole grain.

Wrong. Fresh vegetables has often long journeys and bearing in unfavourable conditions behind it, before it is consumed in the kitchen. The better durability because it is often harvested immature. Frozen foods, however, must mature and will be processed on the spot quickly. If the cold chain continuously, the ideal storage conditions. Both will be good quality.
